Refill and cancellation eligibility: what to check before buying

Refill availability is not an unconditional lifetime promise

Check whether the service offers refill, any stated time window, and whether the order status and target satisfy the request conditions. Do not transfer the terms of one service to another; clarify unstated conditions first. A lower-than-expected count can also involve organic changes or other orders, so compare it with the completed order record.

Cancellation availability means a request option

A cancellation option still requires checking the current state and request result. It does not establish that delivery already in progress can be reversed immediately. Check the option before buying if it matters to your decision. If a target is wrong, keep the order number and explain the issue in a ticket instead of trying to fix it with overlapping orders.

Separate retention measurements from delivery status

Post-delivery drop percentages are different from start and completion times. Retention observations need a completion baseline and valid later measurements. Missing data is not a zero-drop result and does not establish verified retention. A measured drop and refill eligibility are separate matters; the selected service and order conditions govern the request.

Verify refunds against the original order

For partial or canceled delivery, check that order’s remaining quantity, net charge and wallet record. A refill is not the same as a cash refund, and deposit credit is not an order refund. Provide the site order number and target for support without publishing private account information in reviews or comments.
