SMM order statuses: pending, in progress and partial delivery
Understand pending, processing, in-progress, completed, partial and canceled orders, and when to wait, verify details or open a ticket.
Updated 2026-10-24Pending is not completion and is not a reason to duplicate
Pending means that the order is waiting for processing. Do not submit the same target repeatedly simply because its status has not changed. Verify the order number, selected service and target, then keep the original record while waiting for an update. Status alone does not establish an exact start time. Open a support ticket if the wait needs clarification.
Read processing and in-progress states with the quantities
Processing and in-progress represent different stages, and visible social-platform counts may not update immediately. Compare the starting count, remaining quantity and original target count together. Organic changes, other orders and platform reporting delays can make a public total differ from the quantity delivered by one order.
Check the net charge for partial or canceled orders
Partial means delivery was not complete. Check the remaining quantity, status update and current order charge. A canceled order no longer continues through the original delivery flow; use the actual wallet ledger to verify any refund credit. Do not infer that an additional payment is required while a ticket is still being reviewed.
Send information that identifies the order
For help, provide the site order number, service ID, target and a short explanation including the observed status and remaining quantity. Use site tickets for delivery, refill, cancellation or speed questions; the funding support channel handles deposits. Do not include platform passwords, verification codes or private login information.
Frequently asked questions
Does completed mean the count can never fall?
No. Completed is a delivery status. Later count changes and refill eligibility must be checked against the service terms.
Should I reorder if the status has not updated?
Check the original order or open a ticket first to avoid overlapping orders that are difficult to attribute.
Next: check the actual service
A public guide is not a service guarantee or live quote. Verify each condition in the current catalog. Use site tickets for orders and aftercare; funding support handles deposits.
