Time to start and time to finish: reading delivery estimates

Distinguish queue time, time to start, delivery duration and 24-hour or seven-day averages before setting a campaign schedule.

Updated 2026-10-24

Ask two timing questions

Time to start measures the interval between order creation and the start of processing. Time to finish measures delivery after it has started. These have different starting points. A campaign schedule needs to account for both the wait and the delivery duration; the completion duration alone is not the full time from placing an order to finishing it.

An average is not a promise for this order

The 24-hour and seven-day figures are averages for different observation periods, not a guarantee that every order finishes within a fixed deadline. Target accessibility, content format, quantity and service conditions can affect an individual order. The page may retain the latest available figures when recent observations are absent. Missing figures mean no data, not instant delivery.

Test your own target at a permitted quantity

Use a small order that meets the minimum, recording creation, start and completion, then check the visible result. Timing from another platform or type is not evidence for this service. Overlapping orders on the same target also make attribution harder. Increase the quantity only after reviewing the service limits and your observed result.

Verify the record before asking for help

Check the service ID, target, current status and remaining quantity before asking about the original order in a site ticket. Do not duplicate the order or change the target simply because an average duration has passed. Refill and cancellation have their own conditions, separate from speed estimates, and should also be checked before buying.

Frequently asked questions

Does a slower seven-day average mean the service is unusable?

Not from those two averages alone. Observation periods, quantities and sample conditions can differ.

Can no data be read as zero minutes?

No. It means there is no usable estimate to display.

Next: check the actual service

A public guide is not a service guarantee or live quote. Verify each condition in the current catalog. Use site tickets for orders and aftercare; funding support handles deposits.
